BREAKING: Milwaukee Judge Arrested by FBI for Aiding Illegal Alien’s Escape from ICE Custody

Milwaukee, WI — A sitting Milwaukee County judge is now at the center of a stunning federal scandal after she was arrested by the FBI Friday morning on charges of obstructing a federal immigration operation.

Judge Hannah Dugan, a circuit court judge in Wisconsin, was taken into custody following an FBI investigation into her alleged role in helping an illegal immigrant — Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, a domestic abuse suspect — evade an ICE arrest outside her courtroom last week.

The Escape Plot

According to federal agents, ICE was prepared to detain Flores-Ruiz after a scheduled court appearance. However, Judge Dugan, reportedly furious at the presence of immigration agents, allegedly directed the defendant to exit through a secure jury corridor, bypassing ICE officers waiting at the public exit.

FBI Director Kash Patel issued a stern statement following her arrest:

“Judge Dugan intentionally misdirected federal agents away from the subject to be arrested at her courthouse. Her actions directly interfered with a lawful federal operation and endangered public safety. Thankfully, our agents pursued the subject on foot and he’s now in custody — but this kind of obstruction from the judiciary is unacceptable.”

A Nationwide Flashpoint

U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi confirmed the arrest and the seriousness of the charges, which include two felony counts of obstruction of justice.

“I can confirm that our FBI agents just arrested Hannah Dugan – a county judge in Milwaukee – for allegedly helping an illegal alien avoid an arrest by ICE,” Bondi stated. “This is not how justice works. Judges are sworn to uphold the law, not sabotage it.”

Sources report that Dugan “scurried away” from the courthouse Friday after learning of pending charges, only to be apprehended hours later.

The Fallout Begins

Dugan’s defense attorney, speaking to CNN, called the arrest “a political stunt,” and said the judge “wholeheartedly regrets and protests her arrest,” claiming it “was not made in the interest of public safety.”

But critics are calling for far more than regret. Calls for Dugan’s resignation, disbarment, and prosecution under federal law are already echoing from Wisconsin to Washington.

“This is what happens when woke bench activists think they’re above the law,” one Wisconsin lawmaker told local media.

ICE Confirms: Suspect in Custody

ICE confirmed Flores-Ruiz was captured shortly after fleeing and remains in federal custody. He faces deportation and possible federal charges related to his attempted evasion.

The case now sits at the heart of a growing firestorm over sanctuary courtrooms, judicial misconduct, and the weaponization of public office to shield illegal aliens from federal law.

One thing is clear: Judge Dugan’s robe no longer protects her from the law she swore to uphold.
