Eric Sparks Third Term Frenzy with Bold New Merch and “Never Say Never” Message

Eric Trump just ignited a political firestorm.

On Thursday, the son of President Donald Trump unveiled brand-new “Trump 2028” merchandise, signaling that a third presidential term may be more than just a rumor—it’s a movement in the making.

While President Trump has often hinted at running again in 2028, recent comments have turned whispers into a political thunderclap. At a recent executive order signing, Trump joked about facing Barack Obama in 2028 and mentioned “methods” that could allow him to serve a third term—”I’m not joking,” he insisted.

Eric Trump’s response to social media buzz around the new gear? A simple, loaded hashtag: #NeverSayNever.

Fueling the speculation, Trump advisor Steve Bannon told Chris Cuomo last month he “firmly believes President Trump will run and win again in 2028.” Bannon had already made similar remarks during his CPAC speech earlier this year.

Behind the scenes, legislative groundwork is already being laid. Rep. Andy Ogles (R-TN) introduced a constitutional amendment in January 2025 that would allow presidents with non-consecutive terms—like Trump—to run a third time. Dubbed the Third Term Project, this initiative is gaining traction among GOP lawmakers who argue that America needs Trump back to “reverse the nation’s decay.”

The 22nd Amendment currently blocks a third presidential term, but with enough support, the political calculus could shift dramatically.

Whether it’s strategic branding or a prelude to history, one thing is clear—Team Trump isn’t ruling anything out. The merch is real. The message is bold. And 2028 might just belong to Trump again.
