Far-Left Extremists Publish ‘Seven-Step’ Playbook to Sabotage ICE and Create No-Go Zones for Feds

In a brazen act of anti-government incitement, the radical anarchist collective CrimethInc. has published a tactical manifesto urging supporters to disrupt federal immigration enforcement, create no-go zones for federal agents, and pressure local officials to actively oppose federal law.

The shadowy group, long associated with violent protest tactics and anti-capitalist propaganda, released the guide Friday on its website, where it openly advocates for direct confrontation with U.S. authorities and encourages militant resistance to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

The seven-point plan, titled “How to Stop ICE”, lays out an operational blueprint for disrupting law enforcement operations and undermining U.S. sovereignty. It calls for:

The “Seven Steps” of Subversion:

  1. Form Resistance Groups – Build clandestine networks for surveillance, propaganda, and confrontation.

  2. Establish Community Assemblies – Organize local councils for collective action against federal efforts.

  3. Build Rapid Communication Systems – Create networks to track and expose ICE movements in real time.

  4. Strategize and Escalate – Map ICE’s infrastructure, exploit vulnerabilities, and promote tactics to “impose consequences.”

  5. Pressure Local Politicians – Force cities and officials into active defiance against federal law.

  6. Create No-Go Zones for Federal Forces – Block federal agents from entering areas without overwhelming backup.

  7. Develop Mutual Aid Networks – Sustain activists and undocumented families through underground support systems.

This isn’t merely radical rhetoric. It’s a clear blueprint for insurrection, with language promoting “combative confrontation,” “publicizing vulnerabilities,” and making cooperation with ICE “more costly than refusal.”

CrimethInc. further instructs readers to “choose the time and place of confrontations,” advocating preemptive action over reactive protests—a direct call to offensive operations against federal personnel.

A Threat to National Security

While the Biden administration has faced criticism for loosening immigration enforcement, groups like CrimethInc. aim to go even further—completely dismantling the government’s ability to control borders, enforce the law, or maintain civil order.

The group’s history of glorifying riots, looting, black bloc violence, and anarchist uprisings places it squarely in the camp of domestic extremism. CrimethInc.’s writings have been cited in Antifa training manuals, and its members have been active at violent protests across the country.

The collective maintains a physical address in Olympia, Washington (P.O. Box 1902, Olympia, WA 98507)—a city already infamous for harboring radical activist cells.

Public Safety Concerns Mount

Law enforcement sources are raising concerns that this guide could inspire violent confrontations with ICE officers and other federal agents. DHS has not yet commented publicly, but analysts warn that similar guides have preceded coordinated attacks on government facilities in the past.

Meanwhile, ‘No Kings’ protests, another far-left movement recently linked to politically motivated violence, are reportedly adopting overlapping tactics.
