FBI Docs: Teen Accused of Killing Parents and Plotting Trump Assassination Discussed Drone Attack Plans with Ukrainian Contact

Shocking Details Emerge in Waukesha Teen’s Assassination Plot

In February, the United States was stunned by the arrest of 17-year-old Nikita Casap of Waukesha, Wisconsin. Casap was charged with the brutal murders of his mother, Tatiana Casap, and stepfather, Donald Mayer. According to federal authorities, the motive was far more chilling than initially suspected: the teen allegedly sought to secure “financial means and autonomy” in order to launch a terrorist plot against former President Donald J. Trump.

A Deranged Manifesto and Neo-Nazi Affiliations

Investigators uncovered a three-page manifesto in which Casap detailed his desire to assassinate Trump to “spark a political revolution” and “save the white race.” The document revealed extremist ideology and a disturbing obsession with racial conflict.

Casap’s writings and digital activity linked him to neo-Nazi organizations such as the Order of Nine Angles, a known terror group that promotes violence, including political assassination, as a means to destabilize governments and societies.

Foreign Connections and Ukrainian Involvement

One of the most alarming developments in the investigation centers on Casap’s communication with foreign contacts. According to FBI records, Casap had been in contact with an individual using a Ukrainian phone number via the encrypted app Telegram.

In these exchanges, the teenager reportedly discussed the logistics of the assassination attempt and was advised on how to frame Russia for the attack. He even asked how soon he could flee to Ukraine and whether he could live a normal life there afterward.

Framing Russia

According to a section of the FBI affidavit, the Ukrainian contact explicitly stated that the goal of the operation was “to frame Russia.” This revelation raises serious questions about foreign influence and manipulation in domestic terror plots. The directive tone of the communication suggests a coaching dynamic, not merely a peer-to-peer conversation.

A Plot in Motion

Casap’s plans had reportedly advanced beyond the planning phase. Investigators discovered he had acquired a drone and explosives, indicating the seriousness of his intent. The murders of his parents are believed to have been committed to remove obstacles and access financial resources for his plan.

Despite the magnitude of the case, major media outlets have largely ignored the story. Russian news editor Margarita Simonyan highlighted the lack of coverage, posting on X (formerly Twitter):

“This should have been headline news. No mainstream media outlet has touched these public records.”

Broader Implications

The Casap case serves as a disturbing example of how online radicalization, foreign influence, and extremist ideology can converge in a lone actor with catastrophic intentions. The teen’s connections to foreign nationals, including individuals potentially linked to Ukrainian militant networks, adds a deeply troubling international dimension to what began as a domestic murder case.

Federal authorities continue to investigate whether others aided or directed Casap, as well as the potential national security implications of his foreign contacts.
