Iran Walks Away from Nuclear Talks After Israeli Strikes—Trump Warns of ‘Next Planned Attacks’ in Fiery Statement

Tensions Erupt as Iran Cancels Nuclear Negotiations Following Deadly Israeli Assaults

The already fragile diplomatic effort between the United States and Iran has collapsed following a dramatic escalation in Middle East tensions. Iran has formally withdrawn from nuclear negotiations with the U.S., which were scheduled to take place this Sunday in Oman, in response to a series of Israeli airstrikes that reportedly targeted nuclear facilities and residential high-rises in Tehran.

According to Iranian state media and military officials, the attacks resulted in multiple casualties, including Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps commander Hossein Salami and prominent nuclear scientists Mehdi Tehranchi and Fereydoon Abbasi.

Iranian military officials issued a stark warning in the aftermath:

“The Zionist enemy carried out this attack with the help of the United States and targeted residential areas… Israel will pay a heavy price and should expect a strong response from us. That response will definitely come.”

Despite denials of involvement from the Trump administration—now represented in the diplomatic arena by Secretary of State Marco Rubio—Iran remains unconvinced. Iranian news agency Ahram confirmed the talks have been suspended “until further notice.”

Trump: “They Are All DEAD Now”

In a blistering post to Truth Social, President Donald Trump addressed the situation directly, issuing a harsh ultimatum to Tehran:

“I gave Iran chance after chance to make a deal… Certain Iranian hardliner’s spoke bravely, but they didn’t know what was about to happen. They are all DEAD now, and it will only get worse!”

Trump made it clear that the United States and Israel are prepared to escalate further unless Iran agrees to halt nuclear ambitions and return to the negotiating table. He urged the regime to “make a deal before there is nothing left,” calling on Iran to end what he described as needless “death and destruction.

Israel’s Strike Condemned by Oman

The Israeli strikes have also drawn sharp international condemnation. Oman’s Foreign Minister Badr Albusaidi issued a rare and forceful rebuke:

“Israel’s unilateral attack on Iran is illegal, unjustifiable, and a grave threat to regional stability… I urge the global community to reject Israeli aggression and support de-escalation and diplomacy with one voice.”

What Comes Next?

With diplomacy now derailed and Tehran vowing retaliation, the threat of a larger regional conflict looms. Iran’s military has been placed on high alert, and U.S. embassies across the region are reportedly tightening security.

The United States now faces a critical crossroads: either reel Iran back into talks amid growing threats—or prepare for a potentially catastrophic military escalation across the Middle East.
