Trump Ends Secret Service Protection for Mayorkas, Hunter & Ashley Biden
Washington, D.C. – President Donald Trump has ordered the termination of Secret Service protection for former Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, as well as Hunter and Ashley Biden, months before their security details were set to expire.
The move comes as Trump continues to roll back privileges extended by Joe Biden to his family and controversial officials from the previous administration.

A Secret Service spokesperson, Anthony Guglielmi, confirmed the decision in an email obtained by The Washington Post:
“Former Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, Mr. Hunter, and Ms. Ashley Biden and their families are no longer protectees of the United States Secret Service.”
Mayorkas Loses Protection Early
🔹 Mayorkas, who oversaw the Biden administration’s disastrous open-border policies, was initially granted an additional six months of protection by Joe Biden after leaving office in January 2025.
🔹 Under Biden’s extension, his Secret Service detail would have continued through July 2025.
🔹 However, Trump cut the extension short, stripping Mayorkas of government-funded security.
🔹 Hunter and Ashley Biden were also granted an extension by their father, which would have continued until July. Trump’s decision ended it immediately.

Hunter Biden’s Security Detail Cut While on Vacation
🚨 To add insult to injury, Hunter Biden was reportedly vacationing in South Africa when his Secret Service protection was revoked.

- Foreign influence peddling
✔️ Ashley Biden has also been in the spotlight, particularly after revelations from her personal diary, which surfaced during Joe Biden’s first term.

John Bolton Previously Lost Protection
This is not the first time Trump has revoked special security privileges.
Back in January, Trump removed Secret Service protection from warmonger John Bolton, a never-Trumper and advocate of endless wars.
