Pro-Trump Reporter Brutally Attacked by Antifa Mob Amid ‘No Kings’ Riot

Seattle descended into lawless mayhem as journalist Cam Higby, known for his pro-Trump coverage, was violently attacked by Antifa militants during the city’s latest “No Kings” riot. The savage assault, which left Higby bloodied and shaken, has reignited national outrage over political violence and law enforcement’s refusal to act.

“I Was Jumped”: Journalist Assaulted While Covering Riot

Cam Higby was on the ground covering the event when he says he was ambushed by militant Antifa operatives—one of whom he had previously identified in a death threat.

“Tyler Hahn threatened to kill me just weeks ago,” Higby posted on X. “Tonight, Hahn and his crew jumped me—delivering multiple blows to my head.”

Despite the unprovoked violence, Higby managed to defend himself with pepper spray and recover items stolen in the scuffle. Video footage and photographs posted later showed a dazed but defiant Higby with injuries sustained in the confrontation.

Police Nowhere in Sight

Perhaps even more disturbing than the assault itself was what Higby alleged next: the Seattle Police Department stood down, under orders from Democratic Mayor Bruce Harrell.

“While SPD refused to intervene with the riot tonight, militants attacked me in broad daylight,” Higby said. “This was preventable. The city allowed it to happen.”

Critics argue Seattle’s continued tolerance of Antifa-led chaos is putting civilians, journalists, and police themselves in danger.

Direct Plea to the Mayor: “Resign. Now.”

In the aftermath, Higby posted a fiery message directed at Mayor Harrell, holding him personally accountable for the breakdown of law and order.

“You disgust me, you slimy piece of human filth,” he wrote. “Resign. Now.”

This blunt condemnation echoes growing national frustration from citizens who feel abandoned by local officials more concerned with political optics than public safety.

No-Kings Riot Spirals into Political Flashpoint

The so-called “No Kings” demonstration, marketed as an anti-monarchy protest, quickly spiraled into anarchist chaos. Buildings were tagged with graffiti, fireworks were thrown at police barricades, and far-left rioters roamed the streets unchecked—targeting reporters and conservatives with violent intent.

Higby’s attack has become a rallying cry on social media, where footage is circulating rapidly, fueling demands for federal intervention in cities where Antifa operates with impunity.
