Trump Allies Launch DOD Tip Line to Purge Woke DEI Ideology from Military Ranks
In a bold step toward restoring traditional military values, a new reporting tool has been launched for Department of Defense (DOD) personnel to confidentially report cases of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) overreach and woke leadership within the ranks.
The initiative, called RestoreTheMilitary, is backed by West Point graduate and retired U.S. Army captain Doug Truax, who spoke to Fox News Digital about the growing concern that DEI policies are undermining military readiness, cohesion, and combat effectiveness.
The move follows President Trump’s swift action in his first weeks back in office, during which he signed multiple executive orders aimed at reshaping the Armed Forces, including the “Restoring America’s Fighting Force” and “Prioritizing Military Excellence and Readiness” directives.
Truax emphasized the purpose behind the tip line:
“America’s military has suffered from decades of neglect and lowered fitness standards. It’s made worse by the taint of woke policies like DEI and Critical Race Theory, which pit our servicemen against one another instead of unifying them to fight as a team.”
Through www.RestoreTheMilitary.com, current and former DOD employees can anonymously report specific cases of DEI overreach, woke leaders, or instances where combat readiness is being compromised by ideological agendas.
“Re-Warriorizing” the Armed Forces
According to Truax, this project isn’t just about identifying bad actors—it’s about rebuilding the warrior culture within the U.S. military.
“We want to help President Trump and Sec. Hegseth throw out the bad apples who’ve corrupted the Armed Forces,” he said. “But we need to go beyond de-woking the military toward what I call re-warriorizing the services. It’s time for a culture change, a top-to-bottom transformation to forge elite warriors held to the highest standards of morality and lethality.”
Truax continued, “You cannot have a military that is divided in any way. It’s all about going downrange together, winning battles, and watching each other’s backs.”
With the Pentagon under new leadership, the tip line signals a grassroots surge to uproot the entrenched bureaucracy that has allowed political correctness and social engineering to infiltrate defense institutions.
“The guys who’ve been all in for the DEI piece—they need to go,” Truax concluded.
The tip line is now live and is expected to play a key role in restoring discipline, unity, and mission-focused excellence across all branches of the U.S. military.
