President Trump Lands Massive $600 Billion Investment from Saudi Arabia, Eyes 2 Million U.S. Jobs

President Donald J. Trump has once again redefined American dealmaking on the world stage—this time by securing a staggering $600 billion investment from Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman during a high-stakes meeting in Riyadh.

As part of his Middle East tour, Trump signed a strategic economic partnership designed to pour hundreds of billions into U.S. industries, promising to create up to 2 million new American jobs. This comes as a continuation of the Trump administration’s aggressive foreign investment strategy, which has already netted $5.2 trillion in deals and created nearly half a million jobs during his first term’s return.

“In the United States, it’s probably two million jobs that we’re talking about — this visit,” Trump declared during the bilateral meeting, where top CEOs, Elon Musk, and cabinet members joined the president in an elite economic summit.

The deal spans critical sectors such as:

  • Energy Security

  • Defense Procurement

  • High-Tech Infrastructure

  • Critical Mineral Supply Chains

  • Space and AI Collaboration

According to the White House, this agreement includes the largest defense sales deal in U.S. history, totaling nearly $142 billion in American-made military equipment headed to the Kingdom. Trump emphasized the dual benefit—American jobs at home, and regional stability abroad.

“We’ve brought tremendous investments in and tremendous jobs,” Trump said. “And we continue to service your great country very well.”

Trump’s delegation featured an all-star economic and national security team, including:

  • Secretary of State Marco Rubio

  • Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth

  • Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick

  • Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent

  • Energy Secretary Chris Wright

This next-generation partnership also expands Saudi Arabia’s direct stake in U.S. tech innovation, space exploration, and clean energy initiatives—further deepening what Trump called “economic ties that will endure for generations.”

Saudi Arabia’s aggressive capital infusion under Trump’s leadership stands in stark contrast to the stalled economic diplomacy of the previous administration. Trump joked that “$600 billion could be a trillion” by the time the full scope of deals matures.

“The biggest business leaders in the world are here today,” Trump noted. “They’re walking away with checks, deals, and jobs—delivered.”

With this megadeal, Trump has again proven why he’s the world’s premier dealmaker—putting American workers first and projecting strength across borders.
